Shipping Policy
We try to ship everything the same day as the order is received. Sometimes because of a holiday or weekend this is not possible. We mostly use USPS to ship and it usually takes 3-5 days. Email us at cs@rxtheory.com if you need some products sooner.
NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY
Our customer's complete satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased from RX Theory, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date.

You will receive a full refund for unopened items in re-sellable condition or a store credit for opened items.

Refunds and Store Credits will be issued upon receipt of the returned products and will be processed within 1-2 weeks. If a returned item is unopened and in re-sellable condition, the refund of the purchase price will be applied to the payment method used on the original order. You will receive an email notification once we have issued a refund or a store credit.

When sending back unopened product for refund, please make sure to pack items well as we are unable to issue credit to the payment method if damage occurs during return shipping.

If returning product because the product didn't live up to your expectations please email us the about the issue cs@rxtheory.com and we can either work with you on an alternate product selection for an exchange or have you send back the product for a refund. If the product is almost empty we may question why it is being returned and only offer a store credit.
At the end of the day though we want customers to feel safe that if they order the products and are not satisfied they can return the products for a refund or exchange.

Original shipping charges and the return shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return any items, please contact us directly by email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please include your RMA number on the outside of any returned package. Please include a copy of the original invoice with the return with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We must physically receive the return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
